Have used Scrapbook Flair for many years as very useful for designing pages for many other software programmes I find far more complicated. Would recommend to anyone not good with computers as it is so simple to use. Downloaded again recently onto our new laptop as this programe is so useful and easy to understand.

I'm a newby to the computer as well as scrapbooking. I'm sure it is great software, except I am having trouble importing my pictures onto the backgrounds provided. I will have to do more exploring or watch a tutorial. For now it's a new toy, in time I should figure out the program. Thank-you for all the software.

The setup downloads .net framework which should be optional. I already have .net installed.

This looks like great software and I was very excited to try it out. I downloaded the program, but it will not open on the computer. It just runs and runs, but never opens. Does it work with Vista? Thanks in advance!

Part of the free downloads won`t open

When I went to the free downloads, it opened, but when I clicked on Christmas, winter, etc. they would not open. It would go back to the login. Please help.

It`s my first!

This is my first digital scrapbook program. So far I am impressed with it. I would like to see better options for downloads of pages. Rather than downloading each individual item, have an option for all. I don't have time to wait for a disc when I am scrapping.

Great and Easy to use

I really like the features of this program and the pages really turn out nice with little effort. Only negative I have is that I can't figure out how to resize the final product for emailing.

Quick Eval

In my opinion easy to use; basic functionality meaning you can create something quickly for a one-off presentation, although you very soon see the things you would like it to do but which it cannot for longer term projects.

My wishlist includes i) having more predefined colour schemes - otherwise you end up trying to create colours for borders etc. that match but don't quite do it (perhaps you could solve this by having a "dropper" to copy the local colours into a pallette); ii) having "transparent colours" so that you can overlay images on backgrounds without there just being a white block behind objects such as the shapes; iii) more of the look and feel of other standard windows applications so that you can click on an object and change properties; undo operations; change background colours - which wasn't easy to do on a few objects I found; and iv) some you need to remove some irritating effects including thick borders obscuring the corners of images... maybe add gridlines and have snap to grid... and include more predefined colour schemes where buttons and bows and papers and other objects all blend with matching colours and hues... maybe these can be purchased I haven't checked yet. Also a strange flair related .exe that keeps trying to run and which appeared to be running while there were no scrapbooks abut... not sure what that was.

My task is arranging multi-media family history data - video; audio; images and a gedcom database. This program helps me partly solve this task by allowing images and text to be arranged.

Not upto the Mark

This program is not upto the Mark. The interface looks childish..and the software doesn't something great in the terms of collage creation..

Scrapbook program

The progran seem good, have only tested it about one hour. I will use it to make nice hollidaymemories, so i think this program will do it in a fine way.

Software Program Review

I just started using the program and it seems to have all the different things that I was looking for in such a program.
Above you asked about the price, but it says that it a free software program with free templates. Sometimes the internet has that a program is free, but it is not. Have I been mislead by this website too?
I am making wedding albums and other albums for my Grandkids.
I am able to choose different backgrounds, templates, page sizes, and many other neat things.
